What happens after you submit a project inquiry
Reaching out gets easier once you know exactly what happens next.
Step by step
- You submit the project inquiry form — no need to have a fully scoped project in mind yet
- Every inquiry is reviewed personally, usually within 2 business days
- If it is a potential fit, you will hear back to arrange an initial conversation
- If the work falls outside what Digital Done Right does, you will be told directly rather than left waiting

You will also receive an email copy of exactly what you submitted, so there is a record on your end from the moment you send it.
What to include
Share what prompted you to reach out, who the work needs to support, what is happening now, and what you are hoping to accomplish. A completed scope or technical plan is not expected at this stage — that gets worked out together during discovery.
